Returns Policy

Continental Hydrodyne provides a 30-day return from date of receipt. Please note that Test Strips and Arsenic Kits must be returned complete and in original packaging.

To return a product, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting us at 330-437-0067. Please write the RA number on the outside of the box you’re shipping back to us. Ship to:

To receive a full refund for the return of an instrument, the instrument must be in like-new condition with no visible damage and include all accessory Purchase price of the instrument and accessories will be used to determine the refund amount.

Refunds will be issued based on the method of payment. Refunds for check purchase will have a 10- business-day waiting period before a check or cash refund.

Shipping Method

Continental Hydrodyne currently ships using UPS for a majority of shipments. Prices are calculated during the checkout process and are based on weight, size, and the shipping method selected.
